DIY REFURBISHED DRESSER

I took this old out dated dresser from my parents house and thought it would be a great idea to refurbish it and put it in my guest room. I wanted to add a pop of color and thought coral would be the best color to go with my beach theme. I chose Sherwin Williams Ardent Coral out of the four options below.

I took the drawers out and the hardware off. I placed the screws from the knobs back in the holes so they wouldn't close up as I painted over them.

Instead of sanding the furniture I used two coats of wood/furniture primer

 Painted the drawers after.

After I applied two coats of the coral (The sample size from Sherwin Williams of 1 quart for $5) I purchased 12 knobs from Hobby Lobby. Luckily they were 50% off because I needed 12! I couldn't find 12 of the exact same knobs, but I did find 2 knobs that were the same color but just different shapes...

I also sprayed 2 thin coats of polyurethane to give it a little shine
